They begin this book by drawing a comic for readers that recaps how they developed the character. They also show how they accidentally brought it to life when they hypnotized their principal. Now whenever someone snaps his or her fingers, Mr. Krupp turns into Captain Underpants and fights crime wearing only his briefs and a curtain for a cape. This time a professor with an original name and his plans to take over the world (though I totally was cheering him on). Professor Poopypants has been literally laughed out of several famous colleges when he tried to present the Goosy-Grow and the Shrinky-Pig (some of those colleges include Harvard, Georgetown, Yale, Stanford, and Chattanooga State Tech Community College). Tippy Tinkletrousers ( Professor Pippy Pee-Pee Poopypants; he changed his name after he went to jail, not by the chart) In the books, he is insane, absent-minded, crazy, cool, calm, zen, forgetful, streetwise, kooky, and smart all at the same time. In the movie, he is dangerous, murderous, rude, grumpy, psychopathic, grouchy, selfish, crazy, insane, mischevious, and ruthless. I loved the pranks (not the name calling) by George and Harold (or should I say Fluffy and Cheeseball). They should just ask their parents to move to another school, one that doesn't mind imagination and instead will motivate and stimulate the brains of these 2 kids.

When Professor Poopypants is extolling the kindness and innocence of children, a boy can be seen, ironically, pouring salt into his tea.A student named Robbie Staenburg is mentioned as a student whose name was changed; Robbie Staenburg is the son of Dav Pilkey's agent. George, Harold and their classmates tease the professor mercilessly about his name. He decides to impress them by bringing in an invention called the Gerbil Jogger 2000. It’s a small, robot-like device with an egg-shaped compartment at the top. When he inserts a gerbil, the long legs of the Gerbil Jogger 2000 spring into action. Professor Poopypants believes he’s finally earned the kids’ respect.

Professor Pippy Poopypants was the only human being who got outright murdered in the books, while the other human villains like Melvin, Captain Blunderpants, Kipper Krupp and Dr Diaper got defeated in non-leathal ways. Professor Poopypants spots Melvin Sneedly as a villain in the comic, "Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants." Infuriated by Captain Underpants' insistence that the comic should be taught to classrooms as a history book, Professor Poopypants leaves. However, the car driven by Out of the Road Driver hits him thrice on the way. Once he's done, he laughs at Poopypants' name upon hearing it. I also loved that little kid that made its appearance twice in this story, and what he said/did during those two appearances. :P At the southwest of Greenland, a scientist from the fictional country of New Swissland (with a foreign culture where everyone has a silly name) named Professor Pippy P. Poopypants goes to the United States to demonstrate how his Shrinky-Pig 2000 and Goosy-Grow 4000 can help the world by reducing garbage and increasing food, but everyone laughs at Poopypants' silly name rather than taking him seriously, which is a constant annoyance to him. Professer Poopypants' new name Tippy Tinkletrousers is, according to the letter he wrote at the end, his grandfather's name on his mother's side.
