About this deal

I'm captivated how they included the tonka but with very little sweetness which makes it unique nowadays and insanely sexy WITHOUT being annoying, thirsty, juvenile, and playful (Don't get me started on those annoying caramel freshie colognes). Gotta say, it’s crazy how subjective perfumery is and how that seems to be lost on a lot of people - referring to the two contrasting articles by Fragrantica employees. Definitely one of my personal favourites, but I can understand why some flankers are very popular also. I work nights from my home office and I find certain scents help me focus, and this is in my top 3 favorites currently. Could it be that some critics toss shade and negative reviews just to spice things up, hoping for unanimous nods?

After this introduction, the epytome "boring" might also appear, but I assure you, this is not the case.

Armani Code Eau de Parfum, the new Woody fragrance by Giorgio Armani, captures an intense, yet effortless seduction. Incredibly boring and forgettable, similar to a lot of better designer stuff but still being much worse. These sensual fragrances are inspired by the man who attracts with innate magnetism, who seduces without provocation, and who marries authenticity with an ease of being. I wasn’t sure I would, and I wanted to give it proper wearing before purchasing a bottle, so I found a decant site and grabbed a 5ml. Crafted as a statement bottle with a unique, rounded-square shape, the new ARMANI CODE bottle reimagines the design of the original fragrance.

The Armani Code fragrances convey a mood of elegant seduction, inspired by the man who attracts with innate magnetism, who seduces without provocation, and who marries authenticity with an ease of being. Giorgio Armani Code For Men Parfum begins with bright aromatic citrus tones of Bergamot and Bergamot Leaf, over that donimant powdery and sophisticated heart of Iris and Iris Oil, combined with aromatic Clary Sage and dry sensual Aldehydes and Orris. I actually can't smell the anise, which is a good thing in my personal opinion, but the olive blossom and leather-ish note is perfectly mixed together and does not compete, but enchances each other. Riding my bike throughout the day, coming back home at 4am, with the fresh morning breeze, a giant smile, head full of dreams.Other fragrances I have that are strikingly similar are Dior Savage Eau De Parfum and Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme Libre . as an attempt to explain this to you, imagine god gave you a sweet new skin never used and you mixed it with sex smell (cannot describe) and you get the most sexy mysterious smell ever that you will never be able to understand. Totally forgot about it until I got back into frags - smelled it again and it brought back so many memories.

First of all, the performance of this fragrance does not suggest it is a perfume, it is more like an eau de parfum but not in any way a perfume. When I think of an iris bomb fragrance, I think of; Dior Homme original, Valentino Uomo, the Givenchy Gentleman line, even Ralph's Club Elixir. The fragrance DNA is distinctive, even if it doesn't really stand out due to its overall moderate accords and visceral good manners. You'd be able to wear this at clubs, dates, intimate moments yet this has the versatility to grow with you as it has the potential to work as well for formal stuff such as graduations, dinner parties and professional settings where suits and ties may or may be required.

It’s been a signature scent of mine for years to the point where close friends and family will smell it on others and know it’s mine. Meanwhile, natural Vanilla brings an addictive, faceted depth to the fragrance, for a sultry undertone. There's something about this fragrance that makes me feel I've smelled it a 100 times before but don't know where. But if you're looking for that scent which will just be an overall great everyday reach, this might be it.It has a slightly animalic/skin quality to it mixed with the leather and tonka bean which is the most prominent to me. This is a veritable Swiss Army knife fragrance that you can dress up or dress down, casual or office. La Rive Password is an attempt at a copy of Code, although it doesn't have the warm dry part either, relying on violet instead for the bitterness. Added to this is natural Cedar, creating an elegant structure with its wood and dry scent which blends with musks for a sensual appeal.
