Wow, originally I thought that Cho Chang would be more of a meh due to her hair and face print looking much different from her real hair and face, and because of the dreaded 1×2 bricks making up her legs (I hate those).

Whether you are a fan of the licensed themes or not, the advent calendars are a great way to work towards the holiday season while building some cool LEGO models.

An excellent calendar this year and I certainly hope Lego produces another one in 2021 for Christmas would not be the same without it. Entire lineup of LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary set includes midi-scale Millenniun Falcon, Tantive IV and the Invisible Hand! Overall, it hits every mark; good piece use, it looks like what it’s supposed to, it’s easily recognizable and even has some swoosh factor to it.

At first glance this figure may look plain and boring, however once you look into the details this figure is very versatile and usable in many MOCs should you already have a copy of this figure. Despite the small piece count this set has a large number of exclusive pieces making it a nice addition to your pieces collection. How has this taken so long, with so many Friends sets taking place in homes and sleepovers in the clubhouse?With this charming LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar, fans of the Wizarding World can take their own little journey through Hogsmeade's quaint streets. LEGO Harry Potter sets contain favourite characters, amazing features and familiar locations from the popular movies. In addition, there have been a couple of themes that have showed up one year, Castle in 2008 followed by Pirates in 2009. I wish however that this Piano was in Black rather than Dark Stone Grey to give of the iconic black Grand Piano look. Build and play on a fold-down winter scene featuring the Millennium Falcon festooned with Christmas lights.

Her hair, face, and outfit are all so glamorous that many girls or boys would love to customize her by adding a crown. This table comes in two parts and when combined with the other half not displayed on a box you can see a very nice Ice Sculpture built in the center of the table. The highlights for me have been the microbuilds – Durmstrang Ship, the Beauxbatons Carriage and Hogwarts Castle – I wish we got a lot more of these microbuilds – hopefully next year’s calendar will have a lot more of these! Once students reach their third year at Hogwarts, they are allowed to spend some time in the nearby village of Hogsmeade at the weekend.You can now start putting these Christmas Trees together, and assemble this iconic Great Hall look from the Goblet of Fire.
