This new line of DrayTek routers offers dual Gigabit WAN throughput, enhanced broadband failover, wireless and firewall VPN features - perfect for small business, home offices and remote workers. In the event of an ISP service interruption, the router can switch to a mobile broadband connection using one of the two SIMs.To increase network accessibility, Vigor2927 Series also supports High Availability feature and allows one or more redundant Vigor2927 Series to be added to the network and operated in standby mode. A typical requirement for connecting a VPN tunnel between two points is that the VPN server must be directly accessible on the public internet. Sometimes this can be achieved with NAT Port Forwarding if the router is located behind another router, but if the router is connected to 4G Mobile Broadband or is behind Carrier-Grade NAT (CG-NAT), connecting to that VPN server may be impossible. DrayTek's VPN Matcher service helps DrayTek routers behind NAT to allow Dial-In Teleworkers to connect, or connect two DrayTek VPN routers that are behind NAT and could not normally establish a VPN tunnel. DrayTek SSL VPN for Dial-In Teleworkers & LAN to LANWith multiple LAN subnets and VLANs, the Vigor 2927 can manage up to 8 separate networks. Each network can have its own Content Filtering, Firewall, Quality of Service and Route Policy. DrayTek Vigor routers and access points are primarily configured and monitored through the Web User Interface ( WUI) but can also be monitored or configured through the router's Command Line Interface ( CLI). The router will accept commands that follow valid syntax (type " ?" in the CLI for examples of these) and allows the router to output information that may be required for diagnostics.
