Create professional looking decorations with just some folded coloured paper and twine. These paper fan decorations are the perfect craft project to make ahead of the coronation celebrations. For the buttercream, beat the butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy, then gradually beat in the icing sugar until light and fluffy. I love a light lemon buttercream, and when you make a super whipped buttercream frosting it is glorious.
