As a trusted online retailer specializing in lawn mowers and garden equipment, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products, expert advice, and exceptional customer service. Our Commitment to Excellence Professionalism: The Bosch CityMower 18 comes with a 31-litre grass collection box which is more than enough for the smaller lawns that it is designed for. This is a solid grass collection box and this has its pros and cons. We invite you to join our growing community of homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and professionals who trust justlawnmowers.co.uk for their lawnmower and garden equipment needs. Explore our wide range of products, read our informative blog articles, and engage with us on social media platforms. We are here to support you on your gardening journey, and we look forward to being a part of your success. As I mentioned earlier, this is the most basic model from Bosch. In addition to this, the CityMower 18 also features the smallest blade size at just 32cm. This is perfect if you only have a smaller patch of grass that you need to keep looking neat and tidy. The mower is made for lawns measuring up to 300m² and while it is small, it does do a very favourable job.

Actually cutting your lawn could take some time, and with a 22cm cutting width there’s only so much you can do in the 25 minutes before the 2.5Ah battery runs out. What’s more, the mower’s safety feature, which cuts the motor when the handle is too upright or too low, can get tiresome if you’re mowing on uneven ground. Yet we can’t say enough good things about how easy this mower is to store and manoeuvre, how incredibly quiet it is or how neatly it turns grass into a fine mulch. If you don’t have much lawn to mow, it will work a treat. However, since this is not a mower designed for people with complex gardening needs, mulching might not be something that you require in the first place. Height Adjustment This is a green Bosch mower like many that have come before it, but a touch smaller. It uses Bosch’s 18V Power For All batteries, which can be switched between compatible tools, and are smaller than the common 36V variety, enabling the mower to shave off some extra size and weight. Bosch also make several cordless rotary mowers which run on their larger 36v batteries, which may be ideal if you need something with a bit more power behind it – however, one of the biggest advantages of the EASYMOWER is that as part of the PowerForAll 18v Alliance, it shares battery compatibility with a much wider variety of tools. If you already own cordless tools which are part of the PowerForAll 18v Alliance, or you’re thinking you might do at some stage, then the EASYMOWER 18V-32-200 is definitely worth a look. I can’t stress enough that even though this is a very basic lawn mower, it doesn’t scrimp where performance is concerned. The Bosch CityMower 18 features grass combs which lift and guide the grass into the path of the blade, allowing you to cut right to the edge. If you have a lot of fences, walls, or other obstructions in the garden then this is an indispensable feature.

Keep your grass in trim without the nuisance of a cable with the top cordless lawnmowers from £164

Key specs – Size: 127 x 55 x 137cm (HWD); Weight: 26kg; Height of cut: 2.5-7.5cm; Grass box capacity: 55l; Power: 2 x 36V 4Ah – 7.5Ah lithium-ion battery (charge time: 30mins); Width of cut: 47cm The Bosch CityMower 18 is a cordless lawn mower with 3 cutting heights ranging from 30mm to 60mm, a 32cm cutting width and a 31 litre solid grass collection box. This mower is supplied with 1 x 4.0Ah 18v battery that charges in around 95 minutes and is designed for lawns up to 300m² in size.

For example, the solid structure of this grass collection box means that it will have much better durability compared to cloth bags. However, since it doesn’t split in half like the grass box on the EasyRotak, you will need more storage space. Practicalities If you want a lawn mower that has all the mod cons then this won’t be the machine for you. You might be better suited to the AdvancedRotak which has some impressive features and gives you everything you would expect from a mower. You also want to think about what the lawn mower will do with your clippings. Almost all mowers come with some kind of collapsible collecting box or bag and, the bigger it is, the more grass you’ll be able to cut without stopping to empty the collector. However, some mowers offer the option of a mulcher, which breaks apart any clippings into tiny pieces that can fall on the ground where they decompose and feed your lawn. This also makes your lawn more drought-resistant – and you never need to worry about emptying any box or bag. Bosch has a great range of mowers and they cater for all needs. Their CityMower 18 is ideal for smaller gardens where the needs are limited. I believe this is a great choice for people who want something that they can take out of the shed and get to work. However, although it doesn’t look man enough for the job, the CityMower 18 gamely conquered our seriously wild, overgrown winter lawn with the ability of a model with twice the power. Once the first cut was complete, subsequent cuts were a breeze.New for 2023, Bosch have released one of their most affordable cordless lawnmowers to date – the EASYMOWER 18V-32-200. The mower is part of the Bosch home and garden range, and comes it at the EASY end of the spectrum (Bosch now designate most of their home and garden machines as either Easy, Universal or Advanced). These entry level models are designed to provide the core essentials at a lower price point than the Universal and Advanced versions, something which often makes them an attractive proposition for users who don’t require all the features of a more expensive machine. In this post we’ll take a look at some of the features and benefits of this new model to see how much mower you get for your money. The Bosch EASYMOWER 18V-32-200 is an 18v Cordless Rotary Lawnmower EASYMOWER 18V-32-200 Specifications This mower even throws in Bluetooth, so that you can monitor its operations using Husqvarna’s smartphone app. If you’ve got a lot of land in need of mowing, this is a credible alternative to big petrol mowers – and a whole lot easier on the ears and eyes. The Bosch CityMower 18V-32-300 is a lightweight cordless lawn mower that provides expert lawn care in urban gardens. Convenient to use and robustly made, it features a powerful 18 V battery with an advanced battery management system that ensures extended run times. With its generous 32cm cutting width and 31 litre grass collector, this model is ideal for lawns of up to 300m2. Its weakness is its battery life. You’re looking at around 20 minutes from a charge, then a wait of around two hours while the charger does its stuff. However, it’s compatible with other batteries from the Worx Powershare range, so you might be able to share spare batteries across a range of home and garden tools. The Bosch CityMower 18 has a slight edge in ease-of-use and cutting performance, but it’s also quite a bit more expensive. If you have a small garden and you’re on a budget, this little wonder’s hard to beat. One of the things that stands out on the entire range of Bosch mowers is that they are designed for user comfort. This is evident when we look at the ErgoFlex handle included with this mower and others across the range.
