Supplied with TWO DOUBLE HAND RAILS. When these are used with the Unique Handrail Frames they form a full double handrail all the way round the platform giving obvious extra safety benefits - don't skimp on safety - your life is worth more! They are used to carry out tasks at height where a ladder would be impractical or indeed dangerous to use. This particular steel tower has a working height of 23 feet 6 inches or 7.2 metres. With the last frame providing the guardrail, the platform has a height of 17 feet or 5.2 metres. A big advantage of a scaffold tower is that it provides a large stable platform to work on. It can easily accommodate workers and their tools and leaves both hands free. A ladder might need to be repositioned many times to cover the same working area.

The Zinc coating is sacrificial so when damaged, it can self repair as long as there is enough Zinc surrounding the damage. If not, rusting will start. Manufactured from prime quality pre-galvanised mild steel tube which conforms to British Standard BS 6323 Part 5 1982 ERW1 KM, the superior finish provides excellent resistance to corrosion which keeps the product looking good for many years.This tower has a rectangular type foot print, not a square footprint. It measures 4 feet by 2 feet 6 inches and comes with a set of platform scaffold boards as standard. Cantilever Adjustable Legs (sold in a pair) are also available to help assemble your tower on a Sloping or flat roof to access the roofline above extensions and porches.
