I am sorry however to hear of your issues experienced with DPD, I can see that my colleague has been in touch and arranged for a redelivery today which I trust will be satisfactory. Great to hear that our home delivery service works well for you 😊But there is the last drop, the customer service was unhelpful (took over a month and my initiative to move forward), we discussed and later on argued over grey area of their Ts&Cs in the latest August promo, them not even willing to meet me quarter of a way, unreasonable and I would dare say even incompetent. My dog, a Keeshond, has a sensitive digestion, but has not experienced any issues with this food. I always look for a discount code as the only negative for me is the cost.
