Having just finished it, I might not be able to state the 9 points off by heart, but I'm pretty sure I'll remember to use them the next time I'm preparing a presentation. Those of you who have watched hours of TED talks like me won't be surprised: speak from passion; use stories, humor, and pictures to engage your audience and to make your ideas clear; but be authentic.
